DPD/TG Euro Parcel Application

Why do I need to apply for this service?

We are making this service available in a limited capacity following post-Brexit network disruption. We’d just like a few more details about the kinds of goods you want to send.

Once this service is made available to you, you will be able to choose between a DTP (Delivered Taxes/Duties Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) service. For DDU, all customs fees will be paid by the recipient as normal, whereas with a DTP service you agree as shipper to pay all customs fees.

See our DTP page for more information.

EU DTP (Deliver Taxes Paid) Application

Why use a DTP service?

  • Faster delivery - avoid delays from waiting for customers to pay taxes at destination.
  • Save money - the carriage and admin charges are often less than the DDU (duties unpaid) service.
  • A better experience for your customers - they are not subject to potentially unexpected taxes & admin charges.

To apply for access to this service, please complete the form below.

The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is the EU’s platform for declaring and paying VAT on imported goods up to a value of €150. Visit the European Commission website for more info. A valid IOSS number is required for this service.

We need examples of the typical kinds of product you intend to ship. Use our Commodity Code finder to search for Commodity Codes.
