Parcel delivery with Evri

Evri delivery times typically range from 1 to 2 days, depending on the service chosen and the delivery country.

Evri Next Day is ideal for urgent shipments, offering next working day delivery across the UK.

For less urgent or bulkier items, Evri 48 Hour provides a great value alternative, with delivery usually within 2 working days.

Just keep in mind that these transit times aren’t guaranteed, so it’s wise to allow for some extra time!

Tracking is available for your Evri parcel once it has been collected. Simply use our tracking tool and enter your TP reference or AWB number to stay updated on the progress of your shipment.

Evri shipments include basic insurance cover free of charge for most services , up to a value of £25 (or 2SDR per kilo).

Looking for extra protection? You can easily extend coverage during the booking process. Our additional cover insures shipments up to £2,500 for personal/private shipments.

For commercial shipments, we offer a High-Value Insurance which offers coverage from a minimum of £2,500 to a maximum of £250,000, arranged via an insurance broker.

Some items cannot be insured, see our insurance details for more information or check directly with the courier.

When preparing your shipment with Evri, it’s important to remember that item restrictions can vary depending on the customs restrictions of the destination country.

Additionally, we recommend checking with your chosen carrier prior to booking, as specific rules and restrictions can vary.

Evri specialises in domestic deliveries across the UK. As such, we do not offer international shipping with them.

Evri delivers on Saturdays but does not offer services including collections on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
