What will I need?
A PRINTER. Most of our services require you to print off your shipping labels.
For services from or within the UK, we can mail your labels to you, but you will need to allow for extra time before the collection date.
Private shippers will need...
The address and contact details of both the sender and receiver
The value of your shipment, item by item
Optional: Photos of your parcel showing the packaged contents inside – this can help in the event of a rare claim for loss or damage
Commercial shippers will need...
The address and contact details of both the sender and receiver
The value of your shipment, item by item
VAT Number
EORI Number
Commodity Codes for each item
Optional: Photos of your parcel showing the packaged contents inside – this can help in the event of a rare claim for loss or damage
You can also upload your own Packing List / Commercial Invoice
A note on your Packing List / Commodity Codes
Your Packing List, or Commercial Invoice, describes the contents and value of each item in your consignment. It is required for international customs.
Commodity Codes, numbers that identify each item for the purposes of duties and taxes, are usually only required for commercial shipments outside of the EU, though this depends on the carrier.
However, we require at minimum a description and value for each item even if you are a private shipper or sending within the EU.
We will generate a Packing List for you based on the information you provide, or you can upload your own if you are a business customer.
Finding the right Commodity Codes can be quite time-consuming, so we recommend looking them up before you begin your booking to avoid your session timing out. You can use our Commodity Code Finder, or refer to the UK government website for advice.
