TNT delivery times typically take between 1 and 2 days and usually depend on the service selected. For example, TNT express usually delivers the next day while TNT Economy express may take 2 working days.

Yes, you can track your TNT parcel using our parcel tracker tool. After making a booking, simply go to the Account menu, select Orders, and click on the tracking number for any of your orders to view detailed tracking information.

How do I track orders after they’ve been shipped?

Yes, You can insure your goods against loss or damage, up to a maximum value declared in your policy. For most services, shipments are covered free of charge up to a value of £50 (or 2SDR per kilo), unless they are classed as a No Compensation item. You can purchase additional cover to insure goods up to a maximum value of £2,500.
